1) How do I use the i-Nav plug-in?
Using the I-Nav plug-in is extremely easy. Simply open Internet Explorer, type the web address you would like to visit, and i-Nav will take you there, You can add sites to your Favorites, click on in-page links, and even view addresses in your History
2) How do I type in my language and other languages if the computer I am using does not have support?
To be able to type in your language or others, you will need an input method. Microsoft provides input methods for all languages. You can add new input methods by going to your Control Panels and selecting Keyboard (Windows 98/ME) or Regional Options.
3) How is the i-Nav plug-in updated with new features?
The i-Nav plug-in has an auto-update feature that will check for any newer version every 7 days. Should there be a newer version, the software will be automatically updated without you having to worry about it.
4) How come I cannot get to the website I want?
The website you are trying to visit must be a valid internationalized domain. If it is please verify that:
- You are using Internet Explorer as your browser, and that the version of the Internet Explorer is 5.0 or higher. You may check the version of IE by going to 'Help', and select 'About Internet Explorer'.
- You are using only the following OS: Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, or XP.
5) How do I uninstall i-Nav plug-in and components?
- To uninstall the i-Nav plug-in, simply follow these steps:
- Open Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs.
- Select "VeriSign i-Nav and Components" under the currently installed programs.
- Click the "Change/Remove" button to uninstall the i-Nav plug-in.
