The i-NavMail plug-in is provided to you free from VeriSign, Inc. and allows you to send e-mail messages from Microsoft Outlook to users with addresses which contain international domain names. Specifically designed to work with Outlook, all you need to do is to type in your language the address of the person you wish to send email to and the i-NavMail plug-in will display your destination in your language. With the i-NavMail plug-in installed, you can send email to any user who uses an e-mail provider that has been registered with VeriSign’s Naming and Directory Services and supports the Internet standard for internationalized domain names.
The i-NavMail plug-in is compatible with Windows 98, ME, , 2000, XP and runs in Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002.

1) How do I use the i-NavMail plug-in?
Using the i-NavMail plug-in is extremely simple. When creating new accounts, sending messages, or even creating new Windows Address Book entries, you can now use your friend’s e-mail address that contains characters in your language.
2) How do I deactivate the i-NavMail plug-in?
To deactivate the i-NavMail plug-in, simply follow these steps:
1) Within Outlook select the Tools->Options-> menu.
2) Click the Tab labeled Other.
3) Click the button labeled "Advanced Options."
4) Click the button labeled "COM Add-Ins."
5) Uncheck i-NavMail under "Add-Ins available".
6) Click the "OK" button to deactivate the i-NavMail plug-in.
3) How do I reactivate the i-NavMail plug-in?
Follow the same steps as above only this time check the box for i-NavMail.
4) When I send an email with language characters it does not go through or it comes back as Undeliverable?
You need to verify that the email address that you are sending to contains a valid domain name. To check this you should contact the person you are trying to send mail and verify their email address. If everything appears correct then contact your email provider to confirm proper configuration.
